There are seasons when life feels fragile—
when the past clings like fallen petals,
and it feels safer to stay closed.

Bloom Anyway is about the courage to do the opposite:
to open when it’s easier to hide,
to choose color when the world feels muted,
to keep unfolding even in uncertain soil.

Soft layers of rose, pink, sage, and earthy browns drift across the canvas,
like scattered petals carried by the wind.
Bold orange and light pink marks cut through the quiet surface—
gestures of confidence,
reminders that courage is sometimes bright and undeniable.

I created this piece with the belief that beauty is born in the middle of uncertainty—
that courage sometimes arrives as a bold mark,
a vibrant decision to be seen, a choice we make again and again.

May it remind you that no matter the season,
you, too, can bloom anyway.
