The Morning We Forgot is about one of those quiet moments.
Where time blurs, light gently slips through the curtains,
and two people forget to speak — not out of distance, but out of comfort.

It’s the feeling of being suspended between what was and what might be.
Blush pinks and faded peach drift across the canvas like early sunlight,
while deeper tones of charcoal and blue hold the weight of unspoken thoughts.
Hints of soft yellow and pale aqua glow beneath the surface,
subtle and fleeting — like a memory you can't quite place.

I painted it while thinking of a morning like that —
one that felt both close and gone.
A sacred kind of forgetfulness.
Where nothing dramatic happened,
and yet something in you changed.

May it remind you that not every moment has to be loud to be meaningful.

That the quiet spaces are often where we find ourselves again.
And that some mornings are only forgotten
because they were so beautifully gentle.
