There are moments when life feels unsteady—
yet beneath it all, something steady carries us.
Not seen, but felt.
Not loud, but present.
What Holds Me is about that quiet force within and around us,
the one that reminds us we are never adrift.

Soft washes of light and mid-blue form the base,
like water in constant motion.
A bright green wash moves across the surface,
bringing freshness and vitality.
Deep blue and bold green marks anchor the composition,
while neon-pastel rose accents spark gently through—
gestures of play and joy that brighten the grounding layers.

I created this piece as a reflection on trust—
on the strength of what we cannot always name,
but can lean into fully.
A reminder that flow and foundation can exist together,
and that what holds us is already here.
